Refund Policy
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!
ACCEPTABLE RETURNS DUE TO WRONG SIZE:
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. If so, let us know and we will solve it.
UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS:
Yeyo Art & Design is not a traditional store, with an inventory of products for sale. We print on demand, so each order is produced exclusively once your purchase is confirmed. Therefore it is important that you check carefully the color, design, size and other details of the product, before ordering it.
All the products on the website include the necessary information (mockups, color variants, size chart and, description), so Yeyo art & Deing will not be responsible or accept returns when the customer misses any of these details, and the item has been produced.
